Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of the GALI service and any related features, content, and support channels operated under the GALI brand.

GALI provides digital tools for personal finance organization, budgeting, planning, and educational money support. Depending on the version of the app, region, device, or feature availability, the Service may include:

• Create an account and manage your profile.
• Log income, expenses, transfers, recurring items, and budget allocations.
• Organize money through custom buckets, categories, and savings goals.
• Import bank statements or similar files for transaction extraction and review.
• Use optional mobile-payment capture and iOS shortcut-based automations.
• Store and review an asset map, including liquid cash, goals, investments, and liabilities.
• Receive AI-assisted analysis, explanations, summaries, and money-related insights.
• Export data, review trends, and manage notification settings.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, linked sign-in methods, and devices secure.
• You must promptly update your email address or other account information if it changes.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.
• You must not create an account using false identity information or impersonate another person.

• You retain ownership of the financial data, notes, files, and other content you submit to GALI.
• You grant GALI a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service in line with our Privacy Policy.
• You represent that you have the right to submit the data and files you upload, including bank statements or shared financial records.
• You are responsible for reviewing imported, categorized, or AI-processed information before saving, relying on, or acting on it.

Some parts of GALI rely on artificial intelligence or automated processing to generate summaries, classify movements, suggest budget structures, answer chat prompts, or provide contextual insights.

• AI outputs may be incomplete, approximate, delayed, or inaccurate.
• Budget suggestions, classifications, summaries, and forecasts depend on the data you provide and may not reflect your full financial situation.
• AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be correct, suitable, current, or complete.
• You should independently verify material information before making financial, legal, tax, or personal decisions.
• GALI does not represent that AI outputs are a substitute for a qualified human professional.

GALI may let you upload statements, import files, or configure device-level automations and shortcuts to help capture transaction data. These features are optional and intended to make record-keeping easier, not to replace review by the user.

• Statement import, PDF parsing, CSV ingestion, and automated transaction capture are convenience features only.
• OCR, parsing, categorization, date detection, merchant recognition, bucket assignment, and transaction matching may contain errors.
• You are responsible for reviewing imported or automatically captured entries before relying on them.
• Shortcut-based and device-level automations may depend on your operating system, device configuration, permissions, and third-party services, and may stop working without notice due to external changes.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the Service or its supporting infrastructure except where expressly permitted by mandatory law.
• Do not use the Service to upload malware, harmful code, fraudulent content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not use GALI in a way that suggests GALI is providing licensed professional advice to third parties.
• Do not misuse exported data, shared data, or third-party access features in a way that violates privacy, confidentiality, or applicable law.

GALI may depend on or interoperate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

If GALI includes links to external websites, financial platforms, or other providers, those links are provided for convenience or informational reference only unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, terms, security, or practices of third-party sites.

• The GALI name, logo, interface, design, software, copy, graphics, visual assets, and related materials are owned by GALI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
• You may not copy, distribute, adapt, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by us or by mandatory law.

• We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for valid operational, legal, product, security, or technical reasons.
• We may release new, modified, or experimental features, including AI, analytics, import, onboarding, or automation features.
• Some features may depend on geography, device compatibility, operating system support, account status, or third-party integrations.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent support for any specific feature, integration, or platform.

Where required by applicable consumer law, including rules on digital content and digital services, we will provide clear notice of material changes and, where applicable, information about any rights you may have if a change negatively affects your use of the Service.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, GALI is currently offered as a free-to-download app.
• If paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features are introduced in the future, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before any purchase.
• App stores and third-party platforms may apply their own terms, billing conditions, or technical requirements. Those terms remain separate from these Terms of Use.

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• You may delete your account using the in-app functionality where available, or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or the Service, or where suspension is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
• Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to cure before suspension, but we may act immediately where necessary.

Certain provisions of these Terms by their nature survive termination, including provisions about intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and any accrued rights or obligations.
